University Doctoral Student Council

Last modified: 28. October 2026

Dear Visitor,

The PhD Students’ Union of the Hungarian University of Agriculture and Life Sciences has continued the advocacy activities for PhD students of its predecessor organization since February 1, 2021. Its primary task is to represent and protect the interests of the University’s PhD students and doctoral candidates across four campuses (Buda, Gödöllő, Kaposvár and Keszthely), covering a total of 10 doctoral programs. In addition, it supports and promotes the research activities of PhD students in cooperation with the University’s leadership and the Doctoral and Habilitation Center. Beyond supporting doctoral studies, a key activity is the formation of the PhD student community with organizing various scientific forums and community-building programs.
